Chocolate Cake

• 1-1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1-1/4 cups cold coffee
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• vanilla
• 2 Tbsp. white vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add wet ingredients, except for vinegar, and blend until smooth.

Then add vinegar, stir quickly, and immediately pour into greased 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
