Vegan Corn Bread
- 1 Tbsp. Ener-G Egg Replacer
- 1-1/2 c. soymilk or ricemilk
- 1/4 c. melted vegan shortening
- 1-1/2 c. yellow corn meal
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix ingredients and beat well.
Pour into greased shallow pan and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit about 20 to 25 minutes.
